How does this differ from your flagship Business Tracking platform?
Same engine, scoped onboarding. The flagship is configured for enterprises with 14+ branches, multi-currency, complex hierarchies, role matrices, and audit retention. The SME edition keeps the cockpit, POS, inventory, staff and end-of-day modules — and skips the rest. You can graduate to the flagship at any time without a data migration.
Can we add branches as we grow?
Yes — that's the whole point. Most clients open their second branch on the same cockpit within 90 days of the first going live. Onboarding a new branch is a 1-day exercise: configure the till, install the hardware, push the catalogue. The owner-view automatically rolls in the new branch's KPIs.
Will it work offline at the till?
Yes. The till is offline-tolerant — sales queue locally and reconcile when the network returns. Card terminals are vendor-handled (most UAE acquirers fail safely on connectivity loss too). End-of-day will not close until pending sales have synced; the system tells you which device and how many are queued.
Is it FTA VAT-ready?
Yes. The platform applies 5% VAT correctly, generates FTA-compliant tax invoices (with TRN, breakdown, sequential numbering), and exports a monthly VAT-collected report ready for filing. We've shipped this for 14 SMEs — no FTA reject letters yet.
What does pricing look like for an SME?
A flat platform subscription, scaled by number of branches and tills — not by transaction volume. We don't surprise-bill on growth. Discovery is a one-time fee. Hardware is at-cost with our preferred suppliers. We share a worked example in the discovery call — no obligation.
What 3rd-party integrations are supported out of the box?
Card terminals (Network International, Stripe Terminal, Magnati), payment apps (Apple Pay, Google Pay), accounting (Zoho, Xero, QuickBooks), delivery aggregators (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem Now), WhatsApp Cloud API, and CSV/API for anything else. Custom integrations quoted separately.
What if we outgrow it?
You move to our flagship Business Tracking platform — same data, same accounts, same staff training. The migration is a configuration change, not a re-implementation. Most clients don't outgrow it; the SME edition has shipped to a 14-branch group successfully. The flagship exists for organisations that need things like inter-currency books, multi-country VAT, or 50+ user roles.
Who does day-to-day support?
We do — our UAE team, by WhatsApp and phone, 7 days a week. Critical-priority issues acknowledged within 30 minutes; we've never missed that SLA. We also build a runbook with your manager so common issues (paper jam, terminal lock, network flap) get resolved without calling us.
